Spirit of Love Yoga & Grounding Sanctuary offers accurate, in-depth, and clear content and curriculum to our students and practitioners, meeting and exceeding the standards as outlined by Yoga Alliance. Steeped in traditional yoga lineage focusing on both the Ashtanga Primary Series and more modern vinyasa-flow styles, our teacher training program is delivered in a variety of methodologies, allowing trainees to participate in mentorship, self-study, journaling/reflection, group discussion, hands-on guided practice, reading of required course text, practice teaching, and more.
Trainees can expect from our school:
• comprehensive training leading to a deepened self-practice while simultaneously learning to safely and confidently lead their own classes. (YTT students receive unlimited access to in studio classes and events for duration of training period.)
• in depth discussion of yoga styles, techniques, theory, history, physical anatomy and body mechanics, breath work, sequencing, Ayurveda, sound healing, Sanskrit terminology, and so much more!
• intentionally small class sizes, allowing for a more intimate learning environment and one on one mentoring/hands-on, individualized instruction
• guidance, mentorship, and coaching in starting up as an instructor, creating and operating an LLC, and other tools needed to successfully launch your professional yoga career!
