In addition to being a committed business owner, doula/yogi (500 hr E-RYT & continuing Ashtanga student of Manju Jois), and wife, Hillary is also a mother to 5 beautiful humans. Her goal as a doula & yoga instructor is to assist, empower, and coach clients, along with their families, as they navigate the incredibly transformational, amazing, & sometimes overwhelming experience that is Life.
A former classroom educator and law student, it was the experience of birth and becoming a mother that forever changed Hillary for the better. Choosing to birth each of her children naturally at home, along with having the opportunity to support numerous families on their birth journey both in and out of hospital, she is a huge proponent of choice and advocacy, regardless of where or how birth occurs.
Hillary's passion and purpose are both to support her students/clients in their personal and professional growth and to guide women and their loved ones through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
It is her honor and pleasure to be at your service, now and always, in the Spirit of Love.
Meet Lou...a dedicated husband, father, business owner, and Master of Movement. His goals as a business owner and yoga instructor are not to gain followers or influence, but to walk alongside, in support of others. His practice is rooted in humility, creative movement, and spiritual awakening. Knowing & experiencing yoga to be so much more than just a physical practice — Lou reminds us it’s a rhythm, a harmony, a way of coming home to yourself.
Lou doesn’t want to lead you. He doesn’t want to fix you. He would be honored to walk beside you...in the direction of health, love, and prosperity...an open heart, guiding and cultivating in the Spirit of Love.
To Lou, movement has always been medicine, having saved his life more times than he can count. Born in New Jersey and raised in Florida, his early years were shaped by hardship, abuse, and a longing to belong. When the world around him felt unsafe, he found refuge in movement — dancing, flipping, climbing, running, anything to feel alive in his own body. At age 12, he joined a summer dance program where he learned ballroom styles from foxtrot and waltz to salsa and bachata — but it was Capoeira that changed everything. Its fusion of music, acrobatics, rhythm, and martial arts lit a fire in Lou that he couldn’t ignore. From that moment on, he pursued the art of movement with everything he had. By 18, he was performing professionally across the country — from San Diego to Hawaii — as an acrobat and dancer for major productions, including Busch Gardens Tampa and World Entertainment Services.
Through it all, Lou was learning something deeper: the body is not just a vehicle — it’s a storyteller, a memory keeper, a path to healing. When fatherhood came unexpectedly, he found his second calling- nursing- and became a CNA/PCT, seeking to offer comfort and joy in hospital rooms the same way he once did on stage. From there, life pulled Lou in all directions — he struggled, fell, and got back up again. Working odd jobs (from aerial banner rigging to nightclub security), he lost relationships, got in trouble with the law, and tried to outrun the pain of abandonment and self-doubt through sex, drugs, and constant distraction.
But grace has a way of showing up where you least expect it...one night while in St. Petersburg, FL, Lou stumbled upon a group practicing acro yoga — a practice he instantly felt to be both foreign and familiar. For the first time in years, he felt safe, connected, seen. That same gym would become a turning point in his life — not just because he found belonging, but because it’s where he met his wife, Hillary, a yoga teacher whose presence continues to remind him that hope, love, and healing are always possible.
Their union brought Lou to the Treasure Coast of Florida, almost 10 years ago, where he and Hillary have since been deepening their roots, raising their family, and doing all they can to build and support the local community through their service. Lou continued seeking meaning through work and eventually found Stretch Zone, allowing him to deepen his understanding of flexibility and passive stretching. While he didn’t agree with every method, this work offered him something he’d yet to find on this coast: an opportunity in movement — and a glimpse of humanity while serving his clients that he hadn’t felt in a long time.
