Who We Are & What We Do
Spirit of Love Yoga & Grounding Sanctuary- Registered Yoga School & Wellness Studio
A Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, we are also a trauma-informed Wellness and Grounding Sanctuary offering 200 hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, in studio and online classes, wellness workshops, and special monthly events (click below to see our schedule).
Privates available for services such as yoga, passive/assisted stretching, Reiki, & breathwork.
Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance Approved, allowing you to:
*deepen your personal practice (both on and off the mat) with an in-depth study of yogic text and philosophy such as Patanjali's 8 limbs, Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita
*become certified to teach Ashtanga (primary series), Yin, Vinyasa, & Pranayama (beginner's to advanced).
*participate in observed "on the mat" hours, teaching observation/assist hours, and teaching practicum (in which you will write and lead your own sequences).
*receive full support, guidance, and mentorship with one on one feedback.
*unlimited access to all studio classes and events during the course of your training to maximize observation/"on the mat" hours.
*proudly graduate with a Yoga Alliance Approved certification & join/register with a respected, globally recognized organization offering continuous professional development and networking opportunities

Doula Hillary offers everything from full spectrum birth support (package or a la carte options available), prenatal & postpartum care, childbirth education classes for the entire family, placenta preparation, & more!
Fully certified, licensed, and insured, Hillary is also contracted with multiple organizations offering free doula support for eligible individuals- including Healthy Start, The Doula Network (Medicaid), and Sisters Empowering Sisters (FL DoH).

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit offering opportunities in youth/community outreach, civic service, cultural preservation, and environmental conservation.
Your donations and support provide opportunities for individuals/families eligible for Medicaid and/or EBT to receive free in studio services such as yoga teacher training certification, K-12 tutoring, Breathwork, and family yoga.
